This morning, Elon Musk released a teaser image of Tesla’s upcoming crossover, the Model Y, at Tesla’s annual shareholder meeting.
The teaser image doesn’t show very much – all we can see is just a mostly shadow draped SUV. However, there are a few things to note. For starters, the lines are very sleek and Tesla like, especially the top part of a slim grill that can be seen at the bottom of the image. Another thing that stands out to me is the lack of mirrors – is that a design thing or for some other reason?
Unfortunately, no other information has been released with this teaser. However, Elon Musk has previously confirmed that the Model Y will begin production in ‘late 2019 to 2020, and it will not use the upcoming Model 3’s platform. What do you guys think of this teaser? Let me know down below!
