Tesla has teased the Model Y, ahead of a full reveal on March 14th (3pm on the 15th in NSW and Victoria).
A single teaser image has been released, showing a darkened version of its front fascia. Not much can be discerned from the photo, even after some mild Photoshop work, however it is likely to resemble the Model 3 sedan that it shares 75 per cent of its parts with.
The upcoming crossover will go on sale in 2020, offering around 10 per cent more passenger and cargo room over the Model 3. As a result, it will boast a slightly shorter electric range compared to its low-riding sibling, and will cost 10 per cent more to purchase.
Stay tuned to Redline for the Model Y’s full unveiling.
