Holden has released a special edition variant of the 2019 Commodore, dubbed the Black Edition.
The Black Edition is a limited-run version of the lion brand’s mid-size car, that simply adds a number of black styling features – these include a black grille, black exterior trim, black mirror caps, black rear spoiler and ‘Black Edition’ decals.
As opposed to being based on just one variant, the Black Edition is available on RS, RS-V and VXR liftback models. That means customers can pair the sporty black accents with an array of engines, drivetrains, equipment levels at different price points.
The special edition variants are priced identically to their regular counterparts, meaning $38,990 drive-away for the RS turbo, $42,490 drive-away for the RS V6, $46,990 plus on-road costs for the RS-V and $55,990 plus on-roads for the VXR.
The Holden Commodore Black Edition is on sale in dealerships now until the end of January.
